The staff developed specifications Iasi ng the same method as used for the <br /> replacement of equipment in other Roseville parks. Consultant OSM developed a ranking <br /> system for these projects. The City advertised for bids using the design build process. <br /> Vendors were asked to submit bids (all at $33,000) that included the following. <br /> a. site design <br /> b. maximum number of play stations <br /> C. adherence to ADA and CPS standards <br /> d. product specifications <br /> e. warranty conditions <br /> f. at a price for product and installation not to exceed $33,000,00 <br /> The ranking system: included in the advertised specifications, was used to evaluate an <br /> rank each bid received. All submitted. bids met the ADA and CP C, standards.
