The property is zoned R-1 <br /> t�I ark N Single Family Residential and adjacent land uses are single family residential to the <br /> north, south, east, and west. <br /> Mr. Ness requesting is re uestin a variance from Section 703.04(E)(9), City Code, to reduce <br /> setback of a driveway/parking area to less than five feet in order to widen an <br /> the s ]� <br /> existing ing <br /> driveway. The existing 11 foot wide driveway on the property is s i n need <br /> went.
