EXTRACT of MINUTES of MEETING of THE <br /> ROSE ILLE FIREFI HTER O RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br /> ION <br /> Pursuant to due call <br /> and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Roseville Firefighters! <br /> F count of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 17th day of June, <br /> Relief Association, ]� y <br /> 1998, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> bars were resent: Tally , apaun, Burrell, Fo rl iti, and carrier and the <br /> The following r+nam � <br /> grin were absent: Coppersmith, Wall, Ruesch and Gilchrist <br /> following � <br /> Member <br /> Burrell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 98-01 <br /> ROsEVILL <br /> E FIREFIGHTER'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION BOARD RESOLUTION <br /> i has agreed (as the city set forth in Resolution 9486) and as amended <br /> v1�H E READ, the c � <br /> by Resolution 9 , <br /> 54 to an increase in the pension benefit for members of the Roseville <br /> Fire Department on condition that the Beard implement an up-to-date Investment Policy <br /> and consolidate all of the Hoard's investments into the State Board of Investment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Firefighter's Relief Association has revised and implemented <br /> an up-to-date Investment c stment Foli and has consolidated all of the investments into the State <br /> Board of Investment effective Mav 31. 1 998; <br /> hlol , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville Firefighter's Relief Association <br /> hereby certifies to the city: <br /> 1. Implementation of an up-to-date investment policy, <br /> F Minnesota state Board of <br /> 2. Consolidation of all the Board's investments Into the <br /> Investment. <br /> BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED,D that the Roseville F i ref ig hterp s Relief Association Board <br /> e conditions of pension increase outlined by city council Resolution <br /> hereby certifies that the � <br /> • ied and hereby requests Roseville's City council to amend Section <br /> have been satisfied, � <br /> 106.12 of the City y <br /> Code and the by-laws of the Association to reflect and approve <br /> increases �n the Fire• Pension benefit to service pension amount payable per month for <br /> each-year of service or a um <br /> of I P <br /> sum service pension amount payable for each year <br /> of service of$2,300, as previously requested. <br /> adoption of the foregoing The motion for the � g resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> apaun; and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Burrell, Carrier, <br /> Forliti and Ida p aun and the following voted against the <br /> same: Tally <br /> WHEREUPON <br /> said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
