Elevator shall <br /> he a two-stop elevator providing service to the lower level walkout basement and <br /> the main level. As an optional Service, we will prepare Construction Documents <br /> for a deck expansion of approximately 450 S.F. — 550 S.F. along the northerly <br /> side of the building. Total estimated construction cost for the elevator is <br /> approximately 70,000 - $90,000. The estimated cost for the deck construction is <br /> approximately $10,000 to $20,000. This work is to include schematic design, <br /> design development, preparation of construction documents and bidding services. <br /> The City will provide site topography information and construction plans of the <br /> existing building as our basic resource to develop the site layout and elevator <br /> addition drawings. <br /> Task 2 Construction Phase services will include contract management, shop drawing <br /> review, site inspections and correspondence with City and the Contractor. Basic <br /> Service shall provide these services for the elevator addition while optional <br /> Service shall include only the deck expansion. <br />
