All of the property owners were notified that their driveways are nonconforming in conjunction with preparations for a public improvement project (P-98-02). The r ances are being requested in order to allow the continuance of driveways which era � are set back less than five feet from the side property line. it is the policy of the City of Roseville to issue blanket minor variances for driveway side Y and setbacks in conjunction with street improvements within the community, provided the property is located in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, and used for residential purposes.
