Members absent: None. <br /> B, APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> B-1 Mastel moved,, Goedeke seconded,that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES <br /> May 26, 1998, he approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, Mastel, <br /> Maschka, and wall. lays: None, <br /> C. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda., Items -1, C-2, CONSENT <br /> and -4 through -9,he approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, Mastel, AGENDA <br /> Maschka, and wall. Nays:None. <br /> C-1 Maschka moved, pastel seconded,that Leis Nyman's request for a variance to <br /> reduce the side yard setback to two feet, for the purpose of constructing an <br /> eight foot addition to an attached single car garage and a variance to reduce the <br /> setback of driveway to three feet at 1 720 Chatsworth Street North, he continued <br /> to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, June 22, 1998. Roll all, Ayes: <br /> oedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: Done. <br /> Maschka moved, Mastel seconded,that Resolution 9552, resolution extending RESOLUTION <br /> the review period for Dols Nyman request for a variance at 1720 Chatsworth 9552 <br /> Street Forth,he adopted. loll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, Martel, Maschka, <br /> and wall. Nays:None. <br /> C-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded,that Rodney Johnson's request for a minor RODNEY <br /> variance,to reduce the side yard setback of a driveway/parking area to less than JOHNSON <br /> one foot(10'x)for the purpose of replacing an existing driveway/parking area, <br /> at 2000 wheeler Street Forth he approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, <br /> Mastel,Maschka, and wall, Nays:None. <br /> C-3 This item was removed from the Consent Agenda MARK NESS <br /> C-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded,that David and Ann Somers' request for a DAVID AND ANN <br /> minor variance,to reduce the front yard setback to 5 feet for the purpose of SOMMERS <br /> constructing a garage addition and a front porch on an existing residence at <br /> 924 County load B-1,he approved.
