<br /> submit to the U.S. Department of Justice office of Community Oriented
<br /> Policing Services a COPS MORE grant application, with the understanding
<br /> that aspects of the grant may be declined by the Council. loll Call,Ayes:

<br /> G-1 Police Chief Paul wood recognized,by name,the following individuals who CERTIFICATES
<br /> received Certificates of Honor for their outstanding work and contributions to of HONOR
<br /> the Police Department and City of Roseville for the year 1997 and early 1998:
<br /> Tobin Vifquain, Brooklyn Park Stefan, Holtmeier, Parkos, Williams,
<br /> Forma Baker, Roseville Sgt. Rosand, Wahtera, Lindahl,
<br /> Jackie Campbell, Gilbert, AZ Christenson, Sikkora, Carter,
<br /> Jana Vandenhock, Elk River Hawley, and Detective Mathwig.
<br /> Officers Chau, Dvorak, Christenson,
<br /> G-2 Mayor Nall stated he presented Dr. Carol Ericson,who is retiring as DR, CAROL
<br /> Superintendent of School District 623,with a porcelain rose on behalf of the ERION
<br /> City of Roseville at a farewell reception that was held for her on June 1, 1 998.

<br /> H-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded,that Hess Kline's request for a minor HESS I .LINE
<br /> subdivision at County road C-2 and Long Lake Road be continued, at the
<br /> request of Mr. Kline, to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,June 22,
