<br /> of tax forfeited land in the City of Roseville (Property III No. 13- 9- 3-11- 9555
<br /> 00 27) in the amount of$3,149.40,with funds for the purchase and any fees
<br /> associated with the purchase to come from the City Housing Fund, be adopted.

<br /> establish a building envelope on property located at 2100 William Street North,

<br /> Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and wall. Nays:Dune.

<br /> J-2 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded,that multiple readings of an ordinance MASSAGE
<br /> revising the allowed number of licensed massage therapy establishments and ORDINANCE
<br /> amending Chapter 309 of the City Code by amending Section 309.03G be
<br /> waived due to the administrative nature of the ordinance and previous review
<br /> by the Council at a,work session and Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br /> Goedeke, Wiski,, pastel, and Maschka. Nays: None. Abstain: wall,because
<br /> he has a client who will be applying for a massage license.
<br /> Wiski moved, Mastel seconded,that Ordinance 1205, an ordinance revising ORDINANCE
<br /> the allowed number of licensed massage therapy establishments and amending 1205
<br /> Chapter 309 of the City Code by amending Section 309.03r,be adopted. Roll
