The applicant wi11 also need a variance to reduce the <br /> setback of a driveway to two feet from the property line. <br /> 1.2 Several issues were raised during the public hearing at the Planning Commission <br /> for this request. Although the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br /> request, Mrs. Nyman has asked that city Council action on the request be <br /> continued until the June 22, 1998 meeting. Since the enact location of the north <br /> property line is in question, this delay will provide Mrs. Nyman with add itiona I time <br /> to have this property Fine surveyed prior to the City Council taking action on the <br /> request. <br /> 1.3 In accordance with Minnesota statutes 1 5.99 f extend the time line for agency <br /> review of the following applications for 60 days, since the deadline for action on this <br /> request is June 15, 1998. <br /> suGGESTED CITY COLLALCIL ACT"N <br /> 2.1 By motion, continue action Mrs. Nyman's request for a variance to reduce the side <br /> yard setback to two feet for the purpose of constructing an eight-foot addition to an <br /> attached single car garage and a variance to reduce the setback of driveway to <br /> three feet at 1720 Chatsworth Street North. <br /> 2.2 By resolution, extend the time line for agency review of the application of Lois <br /> N man's request for a variance for 60 days, from June 15, 1998, to August 14, <br /> 1998. <br /> Attachments. location map; resolution extending time line for review. <br /> 60-day Time Limit:application submitted on April 16, 1998:application accepted as complete on April 27, 1998; <br /> decision deadline is,June 1 5, "1 998. <br /> Prepared by: Kim L.
