We concur with that <br /> assessment for the folloring reasons <br /> 1. Senior housing typically adds a minimal traffic impact- <br /> 2. Senor hcusir4g would huller the neighborhood from commercial <br /> activity along Snelling Avenue. <br /> .3. Residents of the neighborhood may eventually move to this senior <br /> housing <br /> 4. Seniors typica y like to locate nit to grocery stores, residential <br /> neighborhoods, and public parks. <br /> I havespoken directly with Frank Rog, the owner of King's Court, and he <br /> indicated that he would,be interested in self his facility to us for a senior housing <br /> development.
