TRACT of MINUTES of MEETING of THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of.June at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No, <br /> AMENDMENT To THE RO EVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISING THE TEXT <br /> OF THE EXISTING PLAN ADOPTED IN 1979 As AMENDED IN 1994 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted the recommendations and <br /> revisions to the Comprehensive Guide Plan, after a public hearing held on May 27, 1998; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville City Council has approved and adopted the 1994 <br /> City f Roseville Comprehensive Guide Flan, and revisions thereto, subject to review and <br /> tY <br /> comments of the plan by the Metropolitan Council- and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted an amendment to the City of <br /> Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include the findings and recommendations of the James <br /> Addition Task Force Report recommendations 1 and 3 through 9, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville City Council <br /> hereby establishes a "Residential Master Plan" Section within the Plan and approves and <br /> � <br /> adopts o p James Addition Task Force Report Recommendations 1 and through 9, as <br /> amendments to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and <br /> comment of the plan by the Metropolitan Council; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager and/or Community <br /> Development Director are hereby directed to submit the Plan to the Metropolitan Council <br /> for review and comment. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Resolution - Page I of 2 <br />
