Replacement easements, granted to the City by the developer, will be part <br /> of the new plat, Bon n ie's Estates. <br /> 4,0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report, staff recommends <br /> approval of the request for vacation of a portion of the Milton Strout easement and <br /> utility services easement with the dedication to the City of new utility and road <br /> easements as part of the new plat, to be recorded by the applicant. <br /> 5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 5.1 on May 27, 1 998, the Planning Commission held the required vacation hearing for <br /> the easements currently in plane on the O'Meara site. Except for Mr. o'IIMeara"s <br /> endorsement of the vacation, there were no public comments.
