EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF o EVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the <br /> 8th day of June, 1998, at 6:30 F.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent; <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br /> LOTS NYMAN REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE AT <br /> 1720 CHA TS WOR TH STREET NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, Lois Nyman has requested a variance to reduce the side yard setback <br /> to two feet for the purpose of constructing an eight-foot addition to an attached single ear <br /> garage at 1 720 Chatsworth Street North; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br /> request on May 27, 1998, and made a recommendation regarding the request; and <br /> WHEREAS, several issues were raised at the Planning Commission meeting, <br /> including the creed to accurately establish the north property line; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the City Council continue action on <br /> the request until June 22, 1 9981 i n order to have the north property line surveyed prior to <br /> the city Council taking action on the request; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council (the ' Council") of the <br /> City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"),it "), Ramsey Counter, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br /> Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Lots Nyman <br /> for a variance at 1720 Chatsworth Street North be extended for up to 60 days, from June <br /> 15. 1 998 to August 14, 1 998 to provide the applicant with time to have the north property <br /> line surveyed and verify the setback required for the proposed garage addition. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by council <br /> Member 1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted `in favor: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Resol ubo n�-Page 1 of 2 <br />
