EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of June, 1998, <br /> at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following members were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO., <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY AND ROADWAY EASEMENTS <br /> WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO MILTON STREET <br /> WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing on May 27, 1998, to determine whether or not said utility and <br /> roadway easements in the City of Roseville should be vacated&r and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land <br /> and road alignment, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said <br /> utility and roadway easements; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, hereby vacates that utility and drainage easements within and adjacent to <br /> Milton Street as described in Exhibit A (attached hereto), contingent upon the dedication <br /> of new replacement utility and roadway easements granted by the developer to the City <br /> and said new replacement easements to be made a part of the new plat, Bonnie's Estates; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that new replacement utility and roadway easements, as <br /> described in Bonnie's Estates Plat, are hereby accepted. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Resolution - Page 1 of 2 <br />
