Currently, we have a single car garage and own two cars. We were told a month or so ago by Kim Lee that no variance would be required; that a side yard needed a ten foot minimum. Apparently there's gray area here because we are not on an actual street corer. Because we believed previously that no variance was required, our building contractors has scheduled and is waiting on this project.
