<br /> H-1 Maschka moved, wall seconded, that Ordinance 1203, establishing Special ORDINANCE
<br /> Service District No. 1 within the City limits of the City of Roseville, for the 1203
<br /> Roseville lle Shopping Center owned by Bradley real Estate, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br /> Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and wall. Nays: wiski.
<br /> H-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the bid of the work items for Roseville RO EVILLE
<br /> Shopping Center Redevelopment Special Service District No. 1 be authorized. SHOPPING
<br /> Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, and wall. Nays: wiski and Goedeke. CENTER
<br /> H-3 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Ryan Companies request for a RYAN
<br /> minor subdivision to allow the recombination of Lots 3, 4, and 5 of Block 1, COMPANIES
<br /> Centre Pointe Business Park into three parcels as described and illustrated on
<br /> the drawings and legal descriptions dated April 20, 1998 or as corrected,
<br /> subject to review by the City Attorney, Engineer, and subject to vacation and
<br /> relocation of City utility, pathway, drainage, and ponding casements within
<br /> Lots 3, 41 and 5, and expansion of the storm water easement be approved. Roll
<br /> Calf, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, wiski, Goedeke, and wall. Nays: Done.
<br /> H-4 wiski moved, Mastel seconded,that Hess Mine's request for a minor sub-
<br /> division to subdivide a 3.68 acre parcel into two parcels south of County load KLINE
<br /> C-2 be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, June g, 1998.

<br /> H-5 wiski moved, Goedeke seconded,that Resolution 9551, authorizing the issuance RESOLUTION
<br /> of$27,,000,,000 Housing Facilities revenue refunding Bonds for College 9551
<br /> Properties, Inc., Series 1998, be adopted. Roll Call, dyes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br /> wiski, Goedeke, and wall. Nays: bone.
<br /> wiski moved, Maschka,seconded,that the Amended and Restated Development COLLEGE
<br /> Agreement between the City of Roseville and College Properties, Inc. be PROPERTIES
<br /> approved with an arbitration clause added. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br /> wiski, Goedeke, and wall. Nays: None.

<br /> K- Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the demolition and removal of buildings 1966
<br /> and debris done on May 18, 1998, in the amount of$7,000 by Ray Anderson& CHATSWORTH
<br /> Sons, at the 1966 Chatsworth Park property because of public safety concerns PROPERTY
<br /> be approved, with the funds to be taken from the Recreation Infrastructure Fund.
