■ Access roads (or lack of) concerns me <br /> ■ This plan OK but lacks redevelopment of Hamline Center <br /> ■ I think Roseville has a lot of senior housing most of which is very expensive. I doubt this <br /> housing will be "affordable," <br /> ■ Not enough space for housing and community center <br /> ■ Unsatisfactory over-utilization with no local area for children or youth to play. <br /> ■ 3 rd choice if senior housing <br /> ■ Has merit <br /> ■ Pond beautification important <br /> ■ Additional car access necessary <br /> ■ Not acceptable! <br /> ■ We do need senior townhouse in area-but more of this plan should be left to park than 1 acre <br /> in center-that means—no public use at all to this plan. I d hate to see this happen to such a <br /> nice 14 acre for a park <br /> Need for affordable senior one-level townhouses (soon). I Sri 75 years old. <br /> ■ Not too bad <br /> Appendix A- 1 23 of 28 <br />
