Whenever a word or term defined in <br /> section 1002.02 of this chapter ap- <br /> pears in the text, its meaning shall be <br /> construed as set forth in the definition <br /> in section 1002.02 of this chapter. <br /> Other words or terms shall be con- <br /> strued as having their common mean- <br /> ing. <br /> B.
