EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April 2002, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> PATRICK CHIERELLO, 2415 DALE STREET <br /> ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 896 SQUARE FOOT <br /> ACCESSORY BUILDING (PF3378) <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick Chierello, 24 15 Dale Street, has requested a conditional use permit <br /> to construct a 28-foot by 32-foot (896 square foot) detached accessory structure in the rear yard; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Chierello property is located at 2415 Dale Street, legally described as: <br /> The North 75 feet of the South 20.5 feet of part of Northeast Quarter Easterly of a <br /> line running Northwesterly from a point 130 feet North and 150 feet West of the <br /> Southeast corner of SD r/ to a point 20.5 feet North and 185 feet West of SD <br /> corner, subject to Dale Street, all in Section II, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey <br /> County PID N0. 112923140059. <br /> WHEREAS, under Section 1004.01A4 of the City Code, Requirements for Increasing <br /> Maximum Size of an accessory building, the following criteria must be addressed: <br /> 1 Impact on traffic; <br /> 2 Impact on parks, streets and other public facilities; <br /> 3 Compatibility of the site plan, internal traffic circulation, landscaping and <br /> structures with contiguous properties; <br /> 4 Impact of the use on the market value of contiguous properties; <br /> S Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare; and <br /> 6 Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the following has been concluded regarding the proposal and the criteria in <br /> Section 1004.0 IA4 of the Roseville Zoning Code: <br /> A.
