I. The existing detached garage and any shed or other accessory building being <br /> razed prior to the issuance of the building permit to start construction of the new <br /> accessory structure. <br /> L. The conditional use permit expires six months after approval if a building permit <br /> has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve of <br /> the conditional use permit granting Patrick Chierello a conditional use permit to allow the <br /> construction of a 32 foot by 28 foot (896 square foot) detached accessory building in the rear <br /> yard of property located at 24 15 Dale Street, based on the findings and conditions indicated <br /> above and further stipulation that the existing garage will be razed and no additional buildings <br /> will be placed on the site. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
