The accessory structure being constructed of a similar color and with <br /> 9 similar materials (vinyl) to that of the principal structure. <br /> to <br /> 11 J, The use of the detached accessory building(garage) being limited to <br /> 12 residential storage and use only. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 K. The existing detached garage and any shed or other accessory <br /> 15 building being razedprior to the issuance of the building permit to <br /> 16 start construction of the new accessory structure. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 L. The conditional use permit expires 6 months after approval if a <br /> 19 building permit has not been issued (Section 101 3.03). <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Dennis Jarat, from Sussell Howes, explained that Mr. Chierello <br /> 22 communicated with the neighbors. Mr. Chierello has a business in Mounds <br /> 23 View, wants to use the trailer for his vehicle and trailer storage and residential <br /> 24 uses. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Mr. Chierello said he did understand that he would be limited to one <br /> 27 accessory building and that was all he wanted on this site. <br /> 2s <br /> 29 Dennis Jarat noted that the garage and house would be sided in vinyl. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 There being no further discussion, Chair Duncan closed the hearing. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Duncan, to <br /> 34 recommend approval of an 8 square foot variance from Section <br /> 35 1004.01A5 to allow construction of a detached accessory building 8 <br /> 36 square feet larger than the City Code allows for property located at 24 15 <br /> 37 Dale Street, based on the comments and findings in Section 5 and 6 of the <br /> 38 project report dated April 3, 2002. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Ayes: 5, Traynor, Duncan, Cunningham, Mulder, Wilke <br /> 41 Nays: 1, Olson <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Duncan, to <br /> 44 recommend approval of a conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br /> 45 32 foot by 28 foot (896 sq. ft.) detached accessory building in the rear yard <br /> 46 of property located at 24 15 Dale Street, based on the findings in Section 4 <br /> 47 and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 of the project report dated April <br />
