Additional information and <br /> renderings of landscaping will be preser-ted at the Planning Commission meeting. <br /> � p <br /> Section 1008 of the City Code outlines the requirements and procedures for a <br /> planned unit development, including amendments to existing planned unit <br /> developments. <br /> 3.0 STAFF <br /> 3.1 In reviewing this request, staff recommended the following findings: <br /> 1. The use of the property for a one-story 6-unit assisted care housing facility <br /> p <br /> for senior is consistent with master site plan approved in 1993 for this <br /> planned unit development. <br /> 2. The re-design of the facility and increased size of individual units will better <br /> serve the residents with dementia being housed in this facility. <br /> 3. The modification of the building as proposed will not have an adverse impact <br /> on the general public health, safety and welfare. <br /> 4.
