The <br /> Council approves the Amended and Restated Development Agreement <br /> ("First Amendment") dated June 1, 1998 to be entered into between <br /> the City and the Developer. The Amended and Restated authorizes <br /> the issuance of a Tax Increment Note in the amount of $532, 390 in <br /> connection with the Improvements as origina.11y provided for in <br /> the Development Agreement dated October 1. 1993 entered into <br /> between the City and the Developer. <br /> 13 . Headings; Terms. Paragraph headings in this <br /> Resolution are for convenience of reference only and are not a <br /> part hereof, and small not limit or define the meaning of any <br /> provision hereof.
