10I.XTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY.,MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City <br /> Hall on Monday,the twenty-sixth day of May, 1998, at 630 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present-, <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Councilperson Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution'. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br /> AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br /> REPORT FOR ORNAMIENTAL STREET LIGHTS ON CENTRE POINTE DRIVE, <br /> CITY PROJECT UL-98-10 <br /> WHERE i <br /> AS,a petition requesting an improvement n the City of Roseville by the installation of street lights on <br /> Centre Pointe Drive abutting Cleveland Avenue and Lydia Avenue between Centre Pointe Drive and Cleveland <br /> Avenue filed with the Council on May 26, 1998,is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVMLLE, <br /> NffNNES0TA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br /> report to the Council with all convenient sped,advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br /> proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br /> other improvement,and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof and the following voted <br /> against the same: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> STATE OF MDMSOTA <br /> )SS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> 1,the undersigned,being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville,Minnesota,do hereby certify that <br /> I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> said City held on May 26, 1998,with the original dmwf on file in my office,and the same is a full,true and <br /> complete transcript insofar as the same relates to improvement UL-98-1 0. <br /> Adopted by the council this 26th day of May, 1998. <br /> City Manager <br /> (SEAL) <br />
