<br /> F-5 Mastel moved,Maschka seconded,that staff be directed to bring an ordinance SPECIAL SERVICE
<br /> establishing Special Service District No. 1 for the Roseville Shopping Center
<br /> owned by Bradley Real Estate to the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday,
<br /> May 26, 1998,with any modifications. loll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br /> Maschka,Mastel, and Wall. Nays:None.
<br /> Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded,that resolution 9544, calling a public RESOLUTION
<br /> hearing on May 26, 1998, 7:15 p.m. on the adoption of an ordinance
<br /> establishing Special Service District No. 1, be adopted. loll Call,Ayes: Wiski,
<br /> oedeke, Maschka,Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br /> Maschka moved,,Mastel seconded,that Resolution 9545,calling a public RESOLUTION
<br /> hearing on May 26, 1998, 7:15 p.m. on the imposition of service charges within 9545
<br /> Special Service District No. 1,be adopted. boll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br /> Maschka,Mastel, and wall. Nays:None.
<br /> F-6 Maschka moved, wall seconded,that Resolution 9546, approving and RESOLUTION
<br /> authorising the execution of a Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 2668 9546
<br /> Lexington Avenue as part of the Housing Replacement Program within the
<br /> City of Roseville Housing Improvement Program,,be adopted. boll Call,
