The City Attorney will review the applications prior to the issuance of the <br /> licenses to ensure they are in order. A representative from India Palace VII'll attend the hearing to <br /> answer any questions the Council may have. <br /> FINANCLkL <br /> The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br /> compliance checks,background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license administration. <br /> COUNCEL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion approving/denying the On-Sale lion-Intoxicating Malt Beverage and wine Licenses at 2570 <br /> N. <br /> Cleveland Avenue with the condition that all required application items be submitted before the <br /> licenses may be issued. The license will expire 12/31/98. <br />
