BRA C T OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIME <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NO EVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br /> Monday, the 27th day of April, 1 998 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO ALLOW FOR THE EXPANSION OF A DAY CARE FACILITY AT 1875 <br /> PERIMETER DRIVE <br /> Legal description: See Attachment "A" <br /> WHEREAS, l iniapple International Montessori has requested an amendment to an <br /> existing conditional use permit to allow the expansion of a day care facility at 1875 <br /> Perimeter Drive (for total building area of 8,615 feet), and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1005-03(B)(7) of the Roseville City Code identifies day rare <br /> centers as a conditional use in a B-1 B zoning district, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public Dearing on the <br /> request on Wednesday, April 8, 1998 and recommended approval of the requested <br /> conditional use permit subject to conditions, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation on April 27, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> 1. The expansion of the day care facility as proposed will have a minimal impact on <br /> traffic in the area. Although the use of the property will not he changing, the <br /> number of children being served by the facility will increase. The applicant <br /> estimates that an additional 120 trips per day will be generated with the <br /> expansion. <br />
