EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE9 <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27th day of April, 1 998, <br /> at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following members were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION Flo. <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br /> AND ACCEPTING A REPLACEMENT EASEMENT ON PROPERTY <br /> NORTH OF 2375 TERMINAL ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing on April 8, 1998, to determine whether or not a portion of said sanitary <br /> sewer easement, in the City of Roseville should be vacated and a replacement easement <br /> on said property should be accepted; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it <br /> would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said sanitary sewer <br /> easement and accept a replacement easement on said property; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, hereby vacates a o' sanitary sewer easement on property north of 2375 <br /> Terminal Road (forrner Viking Sprinkler property), as legally described in Exhibit A attached <br /> T <br /> hereto; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> here b y accepts replacement 18' sanitary sever easement on property north of 2375 <br /> p a new re p <br /> Te rminal Road (former Viking Sprinkler property), as legally described in Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto. <br />
