<br /> B-1 Mastel moved, wiski seconded,that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br /> Marsh 10, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, wiski,

<br /> CONSENT AGENDA
<br /> Martel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items -1 CONSENT
<br /> through C-8,be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, wiski, Goedeke, AGENDA
<br /> and wall. Days: None.
<br /> C-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded,that Resolution 9533, extending the review RESOLUTION
<br /> period for Farrington properties, Inc, (Dale Joel) request for rezoning at 2485 9533
<br /> Fairview Avenue forth,be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br /> wiski, Goedeke, and wall. Nags: None.
<br /> C-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that James egale's request for minor JAMES SEGALE
<br /> variance to reduce the rear yard setback to 24.5 feet for the purpose of
<br /> constructing an 18' x ' addition at 419 Iona Lane,be approved. Doll Call,
<br /> Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, wiski, Goedeke, and wall. Days: Done.
<br /> C-3 Martel moved, Maschka seconded, that Raymond Jack's request for minor RAYMOND JACK
<br /> variance to reduce the side yard setback to six feet for the purpose of
<br /> constructing a one car addition to an existing two car attached garage at 2450
<br /> Western Avenue,be approved with the following provision: a detached garage
<br /> cannot be constructed on this property. Roll Call,Ayes: Maschka,pastel,

<br /> C-4 Mastel moved,Maschka seconded,that resolution 9534, establishing a 401(a
<br /> Money purchase Flan,be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, wiski, 9534
<br /> oedeke, and wall. Nays:None.
<br /> C-5 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded,that technical modifications to a contract NYFS
<br /> with Northwest Youth&Family Services,previously approved by the City
<br /> Council at its March 10, 1998 meeting,be approved, and authorizing the Mayor
<br /> and City Manager to execute the agreement subject to final approval by the City
<br /> Attorney. Roll Call, dyes: Maschka., Mastel, wiski, Goedeke, and wall. Days:
<br /> None.
