Certificate of Achievement Plaque for Excellence in Financial Reports. <br /> The City of Roseville was recently notified by Stephen J. Gauthier, Director of the <br /> Technical Services Center, Government Finance Officers Association, that the City's <br /> comprehensive annual financial report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1 996 <br /> qualifies for a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. <br /> The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in governmental <br /> accounting and financial reporting. It is the 1 8th year in a row that Roseville has received <br /> this award. <br /> The City has now received the Certificate of Achievement plaque and it is presented at this <br /> time. <br />
