NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br /> Synergy Motor Car Company and Roseville Properties a conditional use permit to allow rental <br /> and leasing of motor vehicles, including resale, at 1900 Dakcrest Avenue, based on the findings <br /> in Section 5 of the project report dated July 29, 2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br /> a. The use of the premises, Suite 9, 1900 Oakcrest Avenue, being used as a vehicle <br /> rental, leasing, and resale business consistent with Section 1 007.02D 12 of the <br /> Roseville City Code, with daily operations including, title work, accounting, <br /> financing, and other business related activities. <br /> h. The tenant space being divided into an office of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. and a <br /> vehicle showroom of approximately 4,600 sq. ft. <br /> C. The allowance of a 6 to 10 vehicle outdoor display area in the parking lot. <br /> IL No overnight outdoor storage of vehicles is allowed on the premises. All vehicles <br /> must be stored within the showroom each evening. <br /> e. All slgnage pertaining to this use must meet the requirements of Section 1009 of <br /> the Roseville City Code. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> and the following voted against: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
