NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Synergy Motor Car Company and Roseville Properties a conditional use permit to allow rental and leasing of motor vehicles, including resale, at 1900 Dakcrest Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated July 29, 2002, and subject to the following conditions: a. The use of the premises, Suite 9, 1900 Oakcrest Avenue, being used as a vehicle rental, leasing, and resale business consistent with Section 1 007.02D 12 of the Roseville City Code, with daily operations including, title work, accounting, financing, and other business related activities. h. The tenant space being divided into an office of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. and a vehicle showroom of approximately 4,600 sq. ft. C. The allowance of a 6 to 10 vehicle outdoor display area in the parking lot. IL No overnight outdoor storage of vehicles is allowed on the premises. All vehicles must be stored within the showroom each evening. e. All slgnage pertaining to this use must meet the requirements of Section 1009 of the Roseville City Code. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
