WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br /> interim use permit request by Wally McCarthy Auto Group and the Salvation Army, and voted <br /> (5-1) to recommend approval of said request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and <br /> conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated July 10, 2002. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Wally <br /> McCarthy Auto Group and the Salvation Army an interim use permit to allow temporary new <br /> vehicle inventory storage on the western most parking lot of the Salvation Army, 2445 Prior <br /> Avenue, based on the findings of Section 5 of the project report dated July 29, 2002, and subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> a, The Interim Use Permit has an expiration date of June 10, 2003 and shall become <br /> null and void after said date. Failure to remove any vehicle inventory will result <br /> in appropriate land use violation action. <br /> h. The Interim Use Permit is limited to the use as new vehicle inventory storage not <br /> to exceed 104 vehicles. Used vehicle storage is not permitted. <br /> c. The western most parking lot must be maintained by Wally McCarthy Auto <br /> Group in accordance with the Roseville City Code. <br /> d. The Interim Use Permit is subject to any conditions recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission and/or approval by the City Council. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> and the following voted against: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 2 <br />
