Adding a family room/dining area,would require a variance. <br /> . Enlarging and remodeling fhe kitchen, would require a variance. <br /> . Adding an inground pool with heater,would require a variance. <br /> Reasons for making improvements to our property are: <br /> . Attaching garage allows us to access vehicles without having to go <br /> outside. <br /> . Enlarging garage allows us to get vehiles off street and into garage. <br /> . Improve the street image with new front entry. <br /> . Bring property up to date to be more modern and functional. <br /> . Integrating the newly designed elements allows the house more <br /> livability so we can stay in Roseville. <br />
