The DRC recommended approval of the
setback permit to allow construction of your proposed home improvements including the garage
and porch additions. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I have concurred with the
reasoning set forth by the DRC and have approved the Setback Permit.
I also concur with the DRC condition attached to the setback permit, which condition stipulates
that:
1 Removal of south garage access door and replace with window.
2. Inclusion of landscape on proposed trellises to break-up wall length.
3. Gutters being installed on the homejo properly direct roof drainage away from structure
and neighboring property.
4. The Huppertz and Ms. Peck resolve any snow storage issues/concerns.
5. A variance being requested and approvedf or lot coverage over the 30% requirement,
prior to the issuance of any buildingpermit.
Your Setback Permit has a 10 day appeal time line which ends on Monday, June 10 at 4:30 p.m.
`and the need to receive a variance regarding lot coverage. Building permits can only be issued
after all approvals have been granted, You may contact Thomas Paschke, City Planner,
regarding the status of an appeal-and your variance request (651-490-2236). Should you have
any questions, please feel free to call me 651-490-2236.
Regards,
CITY of ROSEVILLE
Dennis P.
