LANGTON LAKE MASTER PLAN PETITION <br /> 14Mar=98 <br /> We the following do petition the Roseville City Council to modify the <br /> Langton Lake Master Plan for Langton Lake Pack. Originally the land <br /> sucmmding the north end of Langton Lake was Ramsay CourAy Open Space <br /> that was swapped with Roseville for park land. Most of the houses on the <br /> north and east side were built before the land swap occurred. Then a Master <br /> Plan was developed for the fiioding proposal to acquire the Johanna Junior <br /> High pWerty. This is a working plan for future park development., We'are <br /> aslang to Have the master plan modified as follows: <br /> • Remove the dm1 on the no and east ode of the northern part of <br /> Langton L (north of the Lydia viaduct). The residents feel tLat <br /> this would be detrimental to the lake and to the security and privacy <br /> of adl�C <br /> property owners. <br /> • Remove the parking lot the woods coming off Awthw.
