<br /> release of drainage and utility easements for sanitary sewer purposes across part COMPANIES

<br /> II) accepted by the City in September, 1997. Lots I and.), Block 3. be approved.

<br /> regular City Council meeting of Monday, March -3. 199813 to consider the Lake WATER-SKI JUMP
<br /> Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a AND WATER-SKI
<br /> water-ski course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: COURSE

<br /> supplemental law enforcement services on Lake Owasso at a cost of$17188., to ENFORCEMENT
<br /> be funded from the 1998 Central Services Budget, be approved. Doll Call, SERVICES

<br /> C-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9529, authorizing the RESOLUTION
<br /> issuance and sale of$147,457 Equipment Certificates of Indebtedness (Series 9529

<br /> Wall. Nays: None.
