CITY of IOEVILLE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELO ME.NrT DEPARTMENT <br /> CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREENIE T <br /> THIS IS AN AGREEMENT entered into the day of March_ 1 998 by and het%veen <br /> the City of Roseville, Minnesota. hereinafter referred to as the City. and QSA. Inc.. a private <br /> corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of'Minnesota. hereinafter re�err�;c� <br /> to as the Consultant. <br /> VITNE ETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to hire the Consultant to render certain technical, <br /> professional. and marketing assistance in connection with such undertakings of the City in retard <br /> to the Roseville Rambler Redesign Program, hereinafter referred to as the Program. to assist <br /> Roseville homeowners put professional design. Value and Utility back into the 50" and 60; <br /> housing stock. The program is a demonstration project to create redesigns of rambler-type <br /> homes to allow families to star in the community and have a more marketable home for the <br /> future. <br /> NOW THEREFORE. the parties hereto do W. agree as follows <br /> I. Scove of Services, The Consultant shall perform l the necessary technical advIS017V <br /> rehahi l itation p ro prided as outlined in Attachment A of this agreement and summarized as <br /> follows: <br /> Pro ram Coordination: <br /> A. provide expertise in the selection of three prototype homes for the program. <br /> B. Research funding options to implement the prototype designs and provide linan.cing <br /> assistance to selected homeowners. <br /> C. Provide staff with critical terms to the included in contracts with homeowners and <br /> architects as part of the program. <br /> D. Serve as a resource to selected homeowners during construction of prototypes. <br /> Program Promotion: <br /> A. Coordinate the marketing of the program and the promotion of the completed <br /> demonstration homes. <br /> 1. <br />
