LANGTON LAKE PARK DEVELOPMENT PETITIUN <br /> 15-Mar-98 <br /> We the undersigned request that any further action or planning on the <br /> Langton Lake Park be delayed until the surrounding homeowners can meet <br /> with the responsible parties and discuss various options and possibilities. <br /> While we realize there was -a �eeting held on March 4 (Oatf c�iange last <br /> minute), in our opiluon it vv�s`�a meeting where Bob Berscheid and the'park <br /> department informed us what they wanted to accomplish. The they <br /> presented certainly had positive features but there was no time for the <br /> attendees to contemplate the pros and cons of that plan or to consider several <br /> different options that are available to our affected neighborhood. Financial <br /> data was not available at that meeting that could greatly affect how best to <br /> develop the land.
