<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Central Landscaping, Inc. for <br />$396,793.66 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above <br />improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Curley and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against: none; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br /> <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby certify that <br /> <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br /> <br />minutes of a meeting of the Council of said City held on July 8, <br /> <br />1985, with the original thereof on fily in my office, and the <br /> <br />same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as <br /> <br />the same relates to awarding bids for 1985 Contract B, <br /> <br />Improvement Nos.
