Drainage Easement <br /> Dear Doug: <br /> This letter is written concerning our phone conversation of a couple of weeps ago <br /> concerning Ryan's need for another Utility & Drainage Easement for sanitary sewer <br /> purposes across the above referenced property and to provide an explanation for our <br /> request. <br /> Decently we financed the above referenced property and were required to have are As <br /> Built Survey prepared. During the process of preparing the Survey, Scott Gyllen with <br /> Westwood Professional Services (Westwood) alerted us that a portion of the sanitary <br /> sewer line for the project was constructed outside the existing easerent area created by <br /> that certain Drainage and Utility Easement, Document No. 3024117. As you may recall <br /> that Easement was granted to the City simultaneous with the City's approval of the <br /> vacation of a platted easement and consolidation of Part of Lot 1 and Lot 2. <br /> It appears our original acquisition survey prepared by unde Land Surveying dated April <br /> 8, 1997 located the sanitary sewer manhole approximately 126 feet from the west <br /> property line of Lot 2 when, to'fact, the Westwood survey locates it approximately I 1 <br /> feet from the west line. This difference resulted in the line being constructed about 2 feet <br /> west of and outside the existing easement area at the more southerly point. <br /> To assist in your understanding of our concerns and needs regarding this matter, I enclose <br /> the following documents: <br /> 1. Utility and Drainage Easement, Doc. No. 3024117. <br /> 2.
