telecommunications, pipeline, community, antenna television. fire and alarm <br /> communications, water, electricity, light. heat, cooling energy, or power services; (3) <br /> the services provided by a corporation organized for the purposes set forth in Minn. Stat. <br /> §300.03; (4) the services provided by a district heating or cooling system, and (5) cable <br /> conununicatio ns systems as defined in Minn. Stat. Chap. 2-38.-, and a (6) <br /> Telecommunications right-of-way user as defined below. <br /> (hh) " lementary Application" means an application made [o excavate or obstruct <br /> "Supplementary <br /> more of the right-of-way than allowed in, or to extend, a permit that had already been <br /> issued. <br /> (ii) "Telecommunication Rights-of-Way User" means a person owning or controlling a <br /> facility in the right-of-way, or seeping to own or control a facility in the public right-of- <br /> way, that is used or is intended to be used for transporting telecommunication or other <br /> voice or data information. For purposes of this Chapter, a cable communication system <br /> defined and regulated under Minn. Stat. Chap. 238, and telecoinmunieation activities <br /> related to rovidin natural gas or electric energy services are not telecommunications <br /> p g <br /> right-of-way users for purposes of this chapter. <br /> W) "Unusable Facilities" means facilities in the right-of-way which have remained <br /> unused for one year and for which the registrant is unable to provide proof that it has <br /> either a lan to begin using it within the next twelve (1 2) months or a potential purchaser <br /> p g <br /> or user of the equipment. <br /> ■ <br /> Sec. . . <br /> Director is the principal it official responsible for the administration of the rights-of-way, <br /> The p p <br /> yi ht-of-wa permits, and the ordinances related thereto.
