He <br /> was previously Vice President of Maxfield Research Group where he personally conducted more than 100 sere ior <br /> housing studies in 14 states, including several senior housing needs studies for cities, HRA's(Maple Grove., St. <br /> --'Anthony,Brooklyn Center, Minnetonka,Owatonna). The <br /> Personal Assistance Need(PAN) index is a composite of several national and local studies of seniors needs on a <br /> daily basis. Using the PAN index will result in the most accurate depiction of need for senior assisted living <br /> services available in the market and is incorporated into all of our studies examining assisted living need. <br /> .Tom has a Bachelor's degree in marketing research from the University of Minnesota. He has spoken before a <br /> number of seniors housm' g/health care groups including the Minnesota Health and Housing Alliance, Senior <br /> Housing Network,Care Providers of Minnesota, Senior Housing, Inc.,the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association <br /> and the Wisconsin Hcalth Care Association. He is a board member of Senior Housing, Inc. and a licensed real <br /> estate agent in the State of Minnesota. <br /> Jeff Vrieze.Mara er <br /> Jeff consult will consult on the study regarding financial performance of different types of senior housing. He will <br /> also review the report at each stage of completion. <br /> Jeff has over six years of publi I c accounting experience devoted primarily to the health care industry. He is <br /> I <br /> involved in all aspects of the services provided to the health care industry, particularly auditing, forecasting, <br /> reimbursement consulting and operational reviews. He also provides operational and financial consulting services <br /> a in s forecasting, n <br /> to nursmg and assisted living facilities.
