This indemnification <br /> shall not include claims made due to the negligent acts of any Ryan employee, agent or servant. <br /> TO HAVE AND To FOLD TBE SAME,together with all the tiered itarn ants and appurtenances <br /> thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining,to said City, its successors and assigns, forever. <br />
