<br /> B■ Through this agreement the City. intends to contract with NYFS to provide such
<br /> SerViCeS to its residents and to act as a sponsor of NYFS by providing financial
<br /> support, a method to establish appropriate services to be provided and policy
<br /> �idance for i is activities.
<br /> _ This aoTeernent shall he used as the form agteernent between NYFS and each of
<br /> tbe parficipating municipalities- This agreement replaces a Joint Powers
<br /> Agreement and is intended to continue-the spirit of cooperation and collaboration

<br /> In consideration of the mutual understandings of this agrreemenit# the parties hereby agree
<br /> as follows
<br /> A. Prior_-Aveements Cancelled. By execution of this agreement any prior
<br /> agreements and amendments thereto between the parties are hereby cancelled.
<br /> H. Services l v Lded_ NYFS shall provide the Cite and its resident. with youth and
<br /> family counseling and programs set forth in the Addendum at shed hereto.
