EXTRACT IMF NMINUTE OF -NIEETI.N OF CITY COUNCIL CITY of RO E VILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose',-,ifle, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the tenth day of March, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE FOR LINCOLN DRIVE/COUNTY LOAD -2, CITE' PROJECT p-94-1 0 W]HEREAS., pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on_ Ashback Construction Company of , Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with Project P-94-10, street reconstruction on Lincoln Drive and County Load C-2. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Ro EViLLE, NffNNF,SOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FUROR RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
