Ordinance Number <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE (ZONING) <br /> BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br /> PROPERTIES WITHIN THE ROSEVILLE CENTER PLAT <br /> FROM AN SC, SHOPPING CENTERO AND B1, LIMITED BUSINESS <br /> TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br /> Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of <br /> the it of Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing {PF96 ) with due <br /> notice on February 9, 1998, the following property is hereby rezoned from SC, Shopping <br /> Center, and 131, Limited Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development: <br /> The plat of Roseville Center, also legally described as: the Westerly 251.73 <br /> feet of the Easterly 800.46 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, except the Northerly 767 feet, and except the Southerly 369.89 <br /> feet thereof, the Westerly boundary line of said tract being the center line of <br /> Dunlap Street; subject to highway easement over the North 33 feet thereof. <br /> Also the East 800-46 feet of the South 369.89 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br /> of the Southeast Quarter part of Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 23 <br /> West, Ramsey Countyt Minnesota; said tract extending from the center line <br /> of Lexington Avenue to the center line of Dunlap Street; all according to the <br /> Government Survey thereof, and except for those portions taken by the State <br /> of Minnesota for highway purposes (PIN are 15-29-/"-"3-44-0000-015-29-23-44- <br /> 0007, 15-29-23-44-0008, and 15-29-23-44-0057). <br /> Section 2. Planned Unit DevelopmentlSubdivision Agreement # The <br /> Planned Unit Development standards/conditions of approval adopted for this property shall <br /> be in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> section 3. Effective Date.
