Sound levels wem measured using a Quest Electronics M-27 poise Logging DosinieWr, winch meets ANSI L4-1983 Type n specifications,, as mquimd by the I 'FCA_ TM PCA rules are written in term of L I O and LSO sound levels.The L-EQ closely approximates the L50 under steady sound levels such as rock crasher or concrete recycling ration. Summarized in Table 1,below, are the sound level mrasurenmts recorded on Febnwry 2, 1998 cf the concrete recycling operation at the Ramer,Inc. gravel pit.
