Broker agrees to provide full disclosure in the extent of any such representation. <br /> 8. owner authorizes Broker to allow sub-agents or agents representing a tenant to market the <br /> property and to share Broker's commission with such other agent(s), unless otherwise provided in an <br /> addendum to this Agreement. <br /> 9, This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Owner and Broker and supersedes all prior or discussionsa negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written.
