Members absent: Wiski. <br /> Wall moved, Ma.schka seconded, that Item G-1, RECOGNITIONS, be Moved to -1} AGENDA <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC COMMENTS, Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, CHANGE <br /> Mastel, Maschka, and wall. Nays: None. <br /> A, COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> (Formerly G-1) <br /> A-1 Fire Chief Dick Forliti introduced Jim Schneider to the City Council. Jinn is JIM <br /> a Volunteer Firefighter who has 18 years of service with the Roseville Fire SCHNEIDER <br /> Department, and recently was named Minnesota Trucking Association's 1998 <br /> Driver of the Year. Jim has been a truer driver for 30 years and driven -112 <br /> rn*11* n miles without an accident. <br /> B, APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> B-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded,that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES <br /> January 26, 1998,be approved. Roll Call,Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, and wall. <br /> Nays: None. Abstain: Goedeke, because he was not present at that meeting. <br /> C" CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-2 CONSENT <br /> through CA be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and AGENDA <br /> Wall. Nays: None. <br /> C-1 This item was removed from the Consent Agenda. Nays: None. <br /> proclamation proclaiming Saturday, February 21, 1998, as Cami Phillipp <br /> HOMETOWN DAY in the City of Roseville was read by Barb Mastel and <br /> presented to Cami Fhillippi, a Roseville gymnast attending the University of PROCLAMATION <br /> Minnesota. HOMETOWN DAYS is a salute to Minnesota's finest student <br /> athletes. <br /> Maschka moved Goedeke seconded that the City Manager's salary be CITY MANAGER increased to $95,000, retroactive to January, 1998, for service during the years COMPENSATION <br /> of 1994, 1995, 19965 1997, and 1998.
