"Development Attorney" areas of service as described at p.p. <br /> 7-8 of the RFP. If services in these areas are provided by the <br /> Law Firm, these legal services will be billed to the City by the <br /> Law Firm in accordance with the hourly rates set forth in <br /> Appendix 1, as adjusted by this Agreement, during the term <br /> of this Agreement. <br /> 1.2.3 Prosecuting Attorney Matters: The Law Firm will not <br /> perform legal services in the "Prosecuting Attomey" area of <br /> service as described at page 7 of the RFP. <br /> 2.
